In reply to Theresa Frazee. That's awesome! I use single crochet into back loops to create a stretchy fabric, like in this headband: https://mycrochetspace.com/simple-crochet-ear-warmer-headband-free-pattern/ But I haven't tried it in a washcloth yet; there are so many single crochet variations!

I’ve done the single crochet dish cloth. But I do mine differently by hooking into the back loop of each stitch. This makes ripples across the cloth. Giving it a texture feeling.

In reply to Rhondda Mol. Thank you, Rhondda! This is literally one of my most-used kitchen dishcloths. I've dedicated this dishcloth to my coffee machine and use it every day after each use. The color reminds me of coffee beans, so it's quite fitting! :)
